Directions For Use:
As a dietary supplement, add 10 g (+/- 1 scoop*) to a small glass of cold water or your favourite fruit juice. Stir well or blend in a shaker cup. Alternatively, mix into your favourite smoothie in a blender. Consume at least one serving daily, ideally with breakfast. Alternatively, use as recommended by your fitness or nutritional advisor.

*Note: As powder densities can vary naturally from batch to batch and even scoop to scoop, a scoop is provided merely as a guide to serving size. Those wanting 100 % accuracy in serving weight should use a digital scale, as a scoop is a volumetric measure that is never a 100% accurate measure of powder weight.
